David Wilson, BSW

David Wilson's journey with Choice Care at Home is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the well-being of clients and the growth of the organization. Joining in 1995 as a Case Manager for the Aged and Disabled Waiver Program, David's passion and dedication propelled him through the ranks, from Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor of the Huntington office to leading the Aged and Disabled Waiver and Personal Care Programs. Over the years, he supervised multiple offices, eventually taking charge of WVC and OHC before assuming the role of Operations Manager and later Director of the SSSD in 2014.

Currently at the helm of Choice Care at Home, David leverages his extensive institutional knowledge to establish meaningful connections with clients, staff, and state program administrators. His compassionate leadership style, honed over years of service, reflects a deep understanding of the programs and Choice's operational history. Beyond his operational roles, David spearheaded efforts to position the company for potential expansion into Ohio's Medicaid Passport Program.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a background as a Child Protective Services worker for the WV DHHR before joining CCIL, David Wilson's professional journey is characterized by a profound commitment to enhancing the lives of those he serves, embodying the core values of compassion and excellence.
